Koinonia Women’s Fellowship

The Women’s Fellowship Department of the Koinonia Church Council is dedicated to empowering women in faith, leadership, and service. It provides a platform for spiritual growth, fellowship, and community engagement. The department is headed by one of the council board members, ensuring strong leadership and alignment with the church’s mission.

Structure & Leadership

• Women’s Fellowship Central Committee oversees ministry operations.
• Regional, Provincial, and District Committees facilitate local engagement and activities.
• The department works collaboratively to strengthen unity and spiritual development among women.

The ministry is responsible for:

1. Organizing Fellowship & Conferences

• • Hosts combined fellowship gatherings at regional, provincial, and district levels to promote unity and spiritual growth.
  • Organizes women’s conferences with diverse themes to address faith, leadership, and personal development.

2. Spiritual Development & Learning

• • Conducts seminars focused on women’s spiritual growth, biblical teachings, and discipleship.
  • Facilitates regular committee meetings to strengthen unity and formulate common programs for fellowship and learning.

3. Family & Leadership Empowerment

• • Organizes couple seminars to strengthen relationships and faith-based family discipleship.
  • Hosts seminars on the role of women in nurturing families, mentoring children, and becoming spiritual leaders in their homes.

4. Skill Development & Economic Empowerment

• • Provides training programs on handicrafts and other income-generating activities to support women’s financial independence.
  • Encourages entrepreneurship and self-sufficiency through skill-building initiatives.

5. Community Service & Outreach

• • Organizes prayer fellowships to strengthen faith and intercessory support.
  • Conducts hospital visits to provide comfort and encouragement to the sick.
  • Supports needy and elderly individuals through care programs and outreach efforts.
