Koinonia Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Ministry Department is one of the six ministry departments under the Koinonia Church Council. It is dedicated to fostering spiritual growth, leadership, and service among men in the church. The ministry operates across all Koinonia churches, with structured leadership at the Central, Provincial, District, and regional levels.

The ministry is headed by one of the council board members, ensuring strong leadership and alignment with the church’s mission.

The ministry is responsible for:

1. Organizing Fellowship & Spiritual Growth

• • Hosts combined fellowship gatherings on a regular basis to strengthen unity and faith among men.
  • Organizes seminars on various topics to promote spiritual development and biblical understanding.

2. Leadership & Mentorship

• • Conducts mentorship and counseling programs to guide men in becoming spiritual leaders within their families.
  • Encourages men to actively participate in church ministries and leadership roles.

3. Volunteer Services & Church Engagement

• • Provides volunteer support for different events and programs organized by the Koinonia Church Council.
  • Motivates men to serve in various ministries within the church, fostering a culture of service and discipleship.

4. Family Discipleship & Faith Development

• • Encourages men to implement family discipleship within their homes and the church community.

Guides men in leading their families spiritually, ensuring a strong foundation of faith and biblical values.
